Q: Could you please clarify how an SDVOSB nonmanufacturer should properly furnish the specified Polaris Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar Premium under this solicitation while remaining compliant with VAAR 852.212-71? A: The SBA Nonmanufacturer Rule class waiver does not waive the requirements of VAAR 852.212-71. To be eligible for award a quoter must provide the applicable OEM documentation demonstrating that it is an OEM or authorized dealer. If unable to furnish the specified Polaris product through an authorized source, the quoter may propose an equal product that complies with all solicitation requirements. All other terms and conditions remain in effect. END OF AMENDMENT
