Overview The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) operates seven sites across the United States, supporting the daily mailout of approximately 450,000 prescriptions to Veterans. While the majority of these prescriptions are fulfilled through the Prime Vendor contract, CMOP supplements its supply through Open Market (OM) purchases when necessary, through solicitations that get published to the System for Award Management (SAM) website, similar to how this RFI is being published.
