The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Corporate Service Office intends to acquire on a Sole Source purchase order for CY2026 membership, as well as four option years (CY2027-CY2030) of membership, to the Utilities Technology Council (UTC). The Period of Performance (PoP) requested is January 1, 2026 December 31, 2026. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR Part 12.
