93CST Exercise Support FY26-27

This is requirement is for a contractor to provide comprehensive planning, execution, and evaluation services for a series of five (5) distinct WMD/HAZMAT training exercises for the 93rd WMD Civil Support Team (CST) in FY26 with an option for six (6) additional exercises in FY27. The contractor shall supply all necessary personnel, subject matter expertise, and materials to create realistic training environments, including tabletop scenarios and full-scale field exercises. Key deliverables include the development of unique scenarios, management of role players, sourcing of specific venues, and the production of formal After Action Reports (AARs) to assess the units performance.
