The Property can be leased in whole or in part. The Property in Exhibit A-Graphical Descriptions, is located within the boundaries of KSC. SCW Parcel 3 is approximately 40 acres where access would stem off Space Commerce Way. The Property can accommodate multiple users performing concurrent, discrete activities.
