The existing chiller and chilled water pump shall remain and be used in the design. Period of Performance: Not to exceed 167 calendar days after Notice To Proceed issuance. Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Concern Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAISC) code 238220. The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(d) is valued between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
