SUBJECT: Request for Quote (RFQ) for Support Canines (SK9) for the Border Patrol K9 Center in El Paso TX Quantity up to 7 Canines The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), has an anticipated requirement for obtaining canines in support of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Training and Development (OTD).
