The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 15, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, is seeking information and potential qualified sources capable of providing Clinical Documentation Integrity Training for Kansas City VAMC Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialists (CDIS), Coders, HIMS Staff, Physician, Providers, and Registered Nurse Advisors (RNA) Champions. ……….
