D-NOI Subscription Licenses

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT; no solicitation is available for this requirement. The Department of Energy (DOE), located at 1000 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, DC - 20585, is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry of the Government's intent to sole- source this contract action using the statutory authority 41 USC 3304(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. DOE is proposing to award for a base period of 12 months, 3/1/2026 2/28/2027. The intended contractor is Kpler Inc, located at 185 Alewife Brook PKWY STE 210, Cambridge, MA, 02138.
