This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) is being issued to establish a firm-fixed-priced (FFP) for the repair of 3 damaged trailers IAW Attachment 1 Statement of Work for DLA Distribution Susquehanna, PA (DDSP). The Government intends to award one (1) purchase order as a result of this CSS which will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This is a non-personal services requirement. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
