General Scope of Work: This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide design and construction (Design-Build) services for a new modular DLA Fuels Lab for fuel testing at Naval Support Activity Panama City in Panama City, Florida. The scope of the work will include provision of a 300 square foot, permanent, modular lab manufactured off site and installed on a permanent foundation adjacent to the base fuel farm. The placement of the modular lab on site shall be accomplished by a crane or other equipment and preapproved by the Construction Manager and Contracting Officers Representative. Fuel Lab activities are currently conducted in B406. These activities will be migrated to the new facility once completed.
