Fort Bayard National Cemetery Grounds Maintenance Service IDIQ

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice with the Intent of synopsizing proposed contract action prior to issuance of the solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your offeror will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or about January 29, 2026, posted to SAM.gov website. No documents will be available until the solicitation is issued. The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Veterans Affairs has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services at Fort Bayard National Cemetery, New Mexico. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision of its employees. Service requirements include; Interment and Disinterment Services Headstone Services Gravesite Maintenance Turf and Grasses Maintenance Tree, Shrub, Planting, and Bed Maintenance Irriga
