THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION PURCHASE DUE TO THE FACT THAT THERE ARE NO OTHER TRAILER PROVIDERS REGISTERED IN SAM.GOV IN THE SURROUNDING AREA AND BEING ABLE TO RECEIVE THEM IN THE TIME FRAME THAT IS NEEDED. IT IS VERY URGENT THAT WE GET RECEIVE TRAILERS IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE HAVING A LACK OF STORAGE WILL SLOW DOWN OR POSSIBLY HALT PRODUCTION COMPLETELY WHICH WOULD NOT BE ADVENTAGEOUS TO UNICOR. WE HAVE SUREYED OTHER TRAILER DEALERS AND WEBSITES FOR PRICE COMPARISON AND AFTER REVIEW, THIS CONTRACTING OFFICER HAS DEEMED THIS PRICING FAIR AND REASONABLE. BEST VALUE TO AWARD TO AMERICAN EQUIPMENT WHICH IS ALSO A SMALL BUSINESS.
