This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for Solicitation 75H70126R00008, a construction project for the Indian Health Service (IHS) Division of Engineering Services (DES). The purpose of this project will be the removal of two water storage tanks (60,000 and 30,000 gallons) and installation of one 135,000-gallon water storage tank for the Grinstone Rancheria located in Elk Creek, CA. Included in this installation will be equipment required for communication and monitoring as well as startup and training for up to four individuals. All work shall be completed in accordance with the SOW, specifications, drawings, and other documents incorporated via amendment. This project will be procured as a Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)
