HVAC Preventive Maintenance Services at a U.S. Government-Owned Residence in Singapore

The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore, has a requirement to carry out regular HVAC preventive maintenance services at a U.S. Government-owned residence in Singapore. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract.
