<p><strong><u>Industry Day Announcement - Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) / Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS) located in Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska</u></strong></p>

<p>Please join us 26 October 2026 for an Industry Day hosted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District Office for the construction of an Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) / Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS) located in Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.</p>

<p>The Government is planning to issue a single construction contract solicitation for the construction of a one-story AMSA / VMS consisting of approximately 13,000 gross square feet to provide the following functions:</p>

<p class="sam-rich-text-editor-indent-d">b. Tool and Parts Storage</p>

<p class="sam-rich-text-editor-indent-d">c. Office Space</p>

<p class="sam-rich-text-editor-indent-d">d. Classroom/Break Area</p>

<p class="sam-rich-text-editor-indent-d">e. Commo/Elec Repair Shop</p>

<p class="sam-rich-text-editor-indent-d">f. Fluids Areas (Controlled Waste/Flammable Storage/Fluids Distribution)</p>

<p class="sam-rich-text-editor-indent-d">g. Building Support Functions (Toilet Rooms, Mechanical Room, Electrical Room, TR, EF, Janitors Closet, Lactation Room)</p>

<p class="sam-rich-text-editor-indent-d">h. SATS Canopy detached from main AMSA building</p>

<p class="sam-rich-text-editor-indent-d">i. Covered Wash Rack detached from main AMSA building</p>

<p class="sam-rich-text-editor-indent-d">j. Bi-Level loading Ramp</p>

<p class="sam-rich-text-editor-indent-d">l. Water treatment facility</p>

<p class="sam-rich-text-editor-indent-d">m. Fire pump and tank</p>

<p>This is not a Request for Proposal, an Invitation to Bid, or a Request for Quotation. Therefore, this event is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract nor will the Government pay for information provided to the Government in a response nor pay for administrative costs incurred attending the Industry Day event. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with travel or providing information in response to this announcement.</p>
