Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 08 (NCO 08) hereby gives notice of the Government s intent to negotiate a sole source, Fixed-Priced Purchase Order with only one source Apryse Software Corp, the manufacturer of MiPACS. The Contractor shall provide maintenance and support for MiPACS Software located at the Bay Pines VA Health Care System, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744 for a period of performance of a base year and four (4) one-year options. Annual Maintenance includes access to new versions, updates, and patches to the MiPACS Components as they are released.
