DeCA requires the services of a contractor with specialized expertise and experience in conducting Manual Price Shopping Services across all departments including fresh and scannable items at DeCA commissaries n the contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS) at the following locations: Alaska and Hawaii.
