The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore has a requirement for the acquisition of mobile subscription services. The anticipated performance period is for one (1) year. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror representing best value using comparative evaluation. The Government intends to award a contract based on initial quotes, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. All contractors must be registered
