Presolicitation notice for Western Federal Lands (WFL) Project MT FLAP DOT 236(2), Winifred North This project consists of work on 18.60 miles of gravel road in Fergus County, Montana. The project begins at the Defense Access Road E-11 launch facility approach approximately 4.0 miles northwest of Winifred and continues northwest to the bridge crossing over the Missouri River (known as the PN Bridge). The work includes drainage, subexcavation, roadway reconditioning, aggregate surfacing, aggregate stabilization, guardrail, cattle guards, and signage. This project will be solicited as Full and Open. See attached project description for additoinal requirements.
