This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov. 2. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 and DFARS Change Notice 2026-0507. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This solicitation is being issues as a(n): Request For Quotation (RFQ) 4. The Navy intends to award a firm, fixed price contract to Cepeda Associates, Inc., the original equipment manufacturer, to remove, repair and test the CO2 Scrubbers and CO-H2 Burners on a Los Angeles Class Submarine on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. 5. The size standard is: 1300 (Size standards in number of employees) REQUIREMENT INFORMATION: The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following: Scrubbers and Burners Pre-Avail Inspection for a Los Angeles Class Submarine.
