General Service Administration (GSA) has found it necessary to remove and replace the TPO roof of the commercial building located at the Calais IA LPOE suffered severe Wind damage. GSA conducted multiple walk throughs and had the area representative from the roofing manufacture on site to inspect the roof. It has been determined that the roof will need a total replacement. This is a HUBZone complete set-aside for the following counties: Penobscot County, Aroostook County, and Washington County Maine.
