This is a combine synopsis-solicitation for the purpose of awarding Multiple Award IDIQ Contracts. The scope is to secure reforestation services in support of timber stand improvement related to forest health on Forest Service land. The major activity anticipated is tree planting, however other related activities such as conifer release and grubbing, vexar installation (or removal), or pest control (not related to herbicide use) may be ordered. Tasks may be located on the following forests in northern California: Klamath, Lassen, Mendocino, Modoc, Shasta Trinity, and Six Rivers National Forests.
