Notice of Contract Award

Description of Supplies or Services: This is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for comprehensive specialized Hantavirus remediation and facility re-occupancy services for all six affected facilities within the Area 1-32 Solid Rocket Motor Test Complex at Edwards Air Force Base, CA. The services include cleaning, decontamination, sanitization, and rodent intrusion mitigation to render facilities safe for personnel re-entry and to ensure the continuity of critical test operations. The facilities include Buildings 8910, 8911, 8370, 8354, 9100, and 9428. Remediation of Buildings 8910 and 8911 will be prioritized due to their immediate mission criticality. Authority for Other Than Full and Open Competition: This contract was awarded under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.
