NASA/ARC has a requirement for comprehensive environmental support services, as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). NASA/ARC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from BB&E, Inc., in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
