THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENTS INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO COPPER VALLEY TELECOM FOR TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES Action: This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Copper Valley Telecom for comprehensive telecommunications services. This notice is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.203 and is not a request for competitve proposals, and the Government will not consider them. A determination has been made to procure this requirement without providing for full and open competition. Justification for Sole-Source Award: The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-
