No other standard commercial distributors or authorized third-party resellers exist in the U.S. domestic open market. The Apex AIR Pro platform is uniquely required to meet agency mission parameters due to its: Patented, hot-swappable "Smart Gas Cartridge" technology that auto-configures without manual field calibration or laboratory downtime. Seamless compatibility with the agency’s pre-existing, proprietary data ingestion and cloud mapping pipelines. This is not a request for competitive proposals, and a written solicitation will not be issued. However, in accordance with federal acquisition guidelines, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.
