SCOPE The VA Portland Healthcare System (VHAPORHCS) Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service Department requires referral laboratory services for testing that is not performed in house. This full-service reference laboratory contract will provide services required for specialized testing, interpretation, testing supplies, customer service, courier services, system interfaced lab result reporting services and verification of certification for test results. This requirement will ensure accurate and timely test results are made available to healthcare providers which will ensure high quality healthcare is provided to the Veterans at the VA Portland Health Care System.
