Background: Air compressors and dryers are integral parts of the mechanical system used to measure and classify cotton samples. A new air compressor was purchased and requires installation. The old air compressor will be retained as a backup for redundancy purposes. The current location of the old air compressor exposes it to external weather conditions that are detrimental to the life of the equipment.
