This posting is strictly a pre-solicitation notice. The Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation for Rental of Portable Chemical Latrines and Hand Washing Stations. A Requirements Type Contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) CLINs will be awarded. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The Government anticipates posting the solicitation to the sam.gov website in Feb/March 2026. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website.
