The purpose of this notice is to determine if there is a commercially available cost estimating database/application that demonstrates the ability to meet the Agencys requirements. The cost estimating database/application would potentially be specified (as a brand name) within Job Order Contracts (JOCs) issued for general construction services throughout the NAVFAC Southeast Area of Responsibility.
