NASA Johnson Space Center White Sands Test Facility (JSC WSTF) has a requirement to extend the Test Evaluation and Support Team 3 (TEST3) contract. NASA JSC WSTF intends to acquire services from Sierra Lobo, Inc. This extension will allow the current contract to be extended up to two years (1-year base with 1-year option) to allow sufficient time for successful completion of two large-scale construction projects at WSTF funded by One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA). Sierra Lobo, Inc. is the only Contractor that has the immediate expertise and capability to support these construction projects in the required timeframe.
