The Facilities Construction East CMT of the United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for a Roof Replacement project, at the United States Postal Service owned Miami Heights Brach Post Office, Miami, FL 33197-9998, Dade County. Please see attached Summary of Work. The estimated cost of the work is between 500,000 and $1,000,000; with construction completion no later than Two hundred (200) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will open January 20, 2026 on USPS eSourcing Coupa (see How to Participate below) and close on February 19, 2026.
