WSTF 250 Area Control Room Design

NASA White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) awarded a Sole Source Purchase Order to Wright & Dalbin Architects, Inc. for preparation of a comprehensive architectural, engineering, and surveying design for a new building with an approximate gross floor area of 2,000 square feet in the 250 Control Area at NASA/WSTF in Las Cruces, NM. These services are in support of the Agency's mission as well as current and future NASA programs tested at WSTF. This sole source is pursuant to FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
