Justification and Approval (J&A) for other than full and open competition to issue a modification extending the period of performance (PoP) by 12 months, and budget realignment at no additional cost, under tthe GHSC-PSM IDIQ (AID-OAA-I-15-00004)/Task Order (AID-OAA-TO-15-00009) with Chemonics International Inc.
