This Sole-Source Justification and Approval is in support of a non-personal services contract to provide access to the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Quality Compass tool to obtain Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) Quality benchmarks. Health plans that participate in NCQA HEDIS measures submit data annually. This data is used to establish benchmarks for performance comparison.
