Based on market research conducted, SciAps, Inc. is the only commercial manufacturer/supplier that makes this handheld X-ray fluorescence (XRF) instrument with official HUD Performance Characteristic Sheet (PCS) approval for residential lead-based paint inspections that does not utilize a radioactive isotope source. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. This is not a solicitation. Any interested party that believes it can meet the GLNPO requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being requested by November 17, 2026.
