Description

This contract is a fixed price, multiple award IDIQ. FAR part 14 proceedures were used and is a 100% small business set-aside. Contractors shall provide all labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and transportation necessary to perform Hazardous material sampling, testing, abatement, and remediation requirements needs for facilities on Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson (JBER) IAW Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW) dated 12 December 2023. Task orders will be issued under the general contracts to include a broad range of work to prepare remediation plans and abatement strategies in support of the maintenance, repair, alteration, and clean-up of real property on JBER.
