This SDVOSB Sole Source award is IAW FAR 6.302-5: Authorized or required by statute, 38 USC 8127 (c). The current Material Handler contract, a total SDVOSB set aside will expire on 31 December 2025 and the new national material handler contract is delayed from being awarded due to protest. This short-term bridge contract is urgently needed to prevent interruption of mission critical order processing for veteran patients of the DLS.
