USDA - Forest Service - Human Resource Management - Personnel Security Services

This is a sole source firm fixed price award for Personnel Security Services in support of USDA, Forest Service Human Resource Management (HRM). The award was to GovStrive under a limited source justification as a logical follow-on for work within scope against a GSA contract Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The contractor shall accomplish initiation procedures for background investigation services for FS employees which are necessary to meet the background investigative requirements of the position, as well as the issuance of mandatory PIV credentials required in accordance with HSPD-12 governing directives. The Forest Service commonly refers to the PIV credential as the LincPass.
