This is a non-personal services contract, under which the Contractor is an independent Contractor to provide Employment Coaches to support the Employment Support Program for the Florida National Guard G1. The purpose of the Florida National Guard Employment Support Program is to provide employment opportunities and career options for members of the National Guard and reserve components. The objective of this requirement is to provide Employment Coaches throughout the state of Florida, and to provide technical support to managers, supervisors, reserve component members and family members as to the benefits and entitlements available through the Employment Support Program and to ensure standardization and continuity of service.
