This contract/delivery order/purchase order/modification is issued by theGovernment when deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile or sent by anyelectronic commerce method, including email. The Government's acceptance ofthe contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to issue thiscontract/delivery order/purchase order/modification. 1. SCOPE 1.1 .
