This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services as prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.212(b)(1), as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be used. The VA Portland Healthcare System is seeking to establish a base plus 2 option year contract for Circle CVI or equivalent software and associated services. Service Location: VA Portland Healthcare System 3710 SW U.S. Veterans Hospital Road Portland, OR 97239-2964 The period of performance will be a base plus two option years. Base Year: 12/20/2026 12/19/2027 Option Year One: 12/20/2027 12/19/2028 Option Year Two: 12/20/2028 12/19/2029 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ.
