Deadline for additional Questions will be 12 October 2026 by 12:00 PM CDT*** **For full description please see attached solicitation** The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items to include non-personal services necessary to perform janitorial services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. This is a non-personal services contract to provide janitorial services at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, F.E. Warren Resident Office (Bldg 305 = 1,100 sf and Bldg 306 = 2200 sf). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services for the Corps of Engineers as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government. This is a fixed priced, performance-based service contract where the government defines and measures desired outcomes, while contractor methods are generally not constrained
