This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be used. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Division of Acquisition Policy (DAP), on behalf of IHS OPHS/DPS, intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for commercial PhD-Level Health Economics Analysis Services.
