THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY: This announcement is issued solely for notification of the upcoming future solicitation to furnish gondola shelving systems, delivery, and installation services. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Quotations (RFQ). DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: To maintain modern retail merchandising environments, ensure operational safety, and optimize retail floor space, DeCA requires reliable vendor partners to provide commercial shelving solutions. The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of supplying, delivering, and installing standardized commercial gondola shelving systems across up to 12 selective worldwide commissary locations annually. The selected source(s) must furnish exact dimension components and/or performing onsite modifications to align with DeCAs store planogram schematics for gondola shelving systems, delivery, and installation services across three geographic theaters, up to a maximum of 12 individual commissary locations per fiscal year (listed below). Optional incidental services may include: offloading merchandise from existing shelves, dismantling and removal of existing shelving systems, and restocking merchandise onto newly installed shelving systems.
