In responding to this notice please provide the following information: Your company name, CAGE Code, any owners, email address, and phone numbers. Background information of the firm and/or contractor regarding technical capability and ability to perform. Does your company participate in any socioeconomic programs/small business programs? If so, please state what programs(s)? What type of fuel can you supply? Which states can you supply fuel for? What are the names and locations of your fuel supplier(s)? Are you a refinery? If so, is your refinery a small business (producing less than or equal to 200,000 barrels)? Has your company participated in any current or previous contracts under the Direct Delivery Ground Fuels Program? If so, were any of those contracts performed in any of the states listed above, or surrounding areas? Remember to Include RFI# SPE605-27-RFI-1001 COG 3 in the subject line.
