Amendment 0006 does not extend the receipt of Offers date. *Amendment 0005 issued on 20 MAY 2026 is to revise the number of calendar days for contractor to complete work, as well as Sections 00 22 16 and 00 73 00. Amendment 0005 does not extend the receipt of Offers date. *Amendment 0004 issued on 14 MAY 2026 is to extend the receipt of Offer date to 26 MAY 2026. *Amendment 0003 is issued to establish Phase II. Only those offerors who were selected to move into Phase II will have access to submit their proposals.*Amendment 0002 issued on 12.10.2025, Section 00 22 16 is provided* *Amendment 0001 issued on 11.26.2025, Sections 00 22 00 and 0 22 16 are provided* The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Los Angeles District (SPL) is issuing solicitation for a Design-Build (DB) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for construction services. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The contract duration is 5 years or a maximum not-to-exceed value of $99,000,000.00, whichever occurs first. This MATOC will cover Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects, minor MILCON, and support for military installations, Veteran Affairs, Customs and Border Patrol, and other Civil Works programs within the South Pacific Division (SPD) and primarily for installations and customers within the responsibility of USACE Los Angeles District including but not limited to: March Air Reserve Base (ARB), Edwards Air Force Base (AFB), Vandenberg Space Force Base, Fort Irwin, Port Hueneme, Camp Pendleton, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Department of Interior, and Customs and Border Patrol.
