5-Year Non-Commercial Repair Basic Ordering Agreement

NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is issuing this synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify eligible parties having an interest in and the resources to support and furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to provide repairs for the items identified in the attached Exhibit A in support of the V-22, F/A-18, E2/C2, UAS, P-8, C-130, and H1 aircraft and FMS requirements. NAVSUP WSS intends to establish a five (5) year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the repair of the items in the attached Exhibit A and solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Honeywell International Inc.
