Frequently Asked Questions
How many team members can I add?
Our Professional and Max self-serve plans each include 1 user seat. If you need a multi-user capture workflow, contact us about Workflow Automation and custom setup options.
Can I assign opportunities to team members?
Professional and Max currently include one user seat, so we do not present opportunity assignment as a standard multi-user plan capability. Bring assignment and notification requirements to a Workflow Automation consultation so the team can confirm what can be scoped.
How does the pipeline view work?
The platform includes a CRM pipeline for organizing opportunity work. Book a demo to review the current view, available fields, and whether it fits your capture process.
Can team members collaborate on proposals?
Real-time co-editing, comments, proposal-section assignments, and change tracking are not currently live in the AI Bid Assistant. You can export working documents for review in your existing collaboration tools.
Do you integrate with our existing tools?
Google Calendar deadline sync is available. Microsoft 365 and Slack are not currently live standard integrations. Workflow Automation consultations can scope integration and SSO requirements without implying that a specific connector is already available.
Can I get certifications for my whole team?
Business certification programs generally apply to an eligible entity rather than to each team member. Gov Contract Finder offers selected registration and certification support, but eligibility, scope, and approval are controlled by the responsible government program.
Ready to Review the Capture Workflow?
Review the standard one-seat plans and scope any multi-user or integration requirements separately.
